Acknowledgment and acceptance of Terms of Use

Members Only Area
The Members Only Area of our website is only for Members of Research Australia and their employees.
Any password or username details provided to you by Research Australia must be kept confidential and are for the use of the relevant Member only. You will be held accountable for all activities that occur under your user name and password details.
You warrant that any the information you provide onto the Members Only area is accurate, current and complete. You further warrant that you will maintain and update any information that has been subject to any change. If any of the information that you have provided to us is found to be inaccurate or incomplete, Research Australia may discontinue your access to the website.
You must not upload any information onto the website which is illegal, offensive, discriminatory or defamatory.
You also warrant that the information you provide to us does not infringe the intellectual property of any other person.
Research Australia is not responsible for any Content uploaded by Members onto the Members Only Area.
Upon the discovery of any unauthorised use or breach of your account, you will immediately notify Research Australia. We reserve the right to terminate your access to the Members Only Area at any time, including but not limited to if you cease membership with Research Australia.
Governing law
These Terms of Use are governed by and are to be interpreted in accordance with the laws of Victoria, Australia.
