BREAK THROUGH’ TRANSFORMS VICTORIA’S TOP MEDICAL RESEARCH INSTITUTE
nnovation Minister Gavin Jennings today delivered a “break through” at
the Walter and Eliza Hall Institute’s new $150 million state-of-the-art
building, smashing through the wall connecting the existing and new
buildings to form a single outstanding research facility.
Expansion to Australia’s oldest and most respected medical
research institute is expected to be completed in late 2010 and will
create around 400 new highly-skilled science-related jobs. Read more
