Membership Manager

Emily joined Research Australia in 2026 as Membership Manager. In this role, she leads member engagement and business development, working closely with members and stakeholders to strengthen collaboration, grow the organisation’s membership and deliver value across Australia’s health and medical research and innovation sector.

Emily brings extensive experience across stakeholder engagement, partnerships, business development, governance and the for-purpose sector. Prior to joining Research Australia, she held leadership roles with organisations including OzHarvest, Girl Guides NSW, ACT & NT, and The Duke of Edinburgh’s International Award – Australia, where she led initiatives spanning partnerships, fundraising, impact, advocacy, governance and organisational growth.

She holds a Masters of Public Policy in addition to various qualifications in leadership, management and change.

Passionate about building meaningful relationships and connecting people with purpose, Emily enjoys creating opportunities for collaboration that strengthen organisations and maximise impact.
